So Let’s See, What Should We Talk About Today?

Hmmmmmm!

I’m a little indecisive right now, or rather, totally brain-dead, when it comes to what to share with you guys on Alien Fighters today.

I mean, we’ve talked about loads of things. We’ve covered the series concept and our major villain, Xoxan. We’ve talked about Book 1, Bolts of Leadership. We even made an alien glossary list for the entire story. Okay, TBF, I didn’t cover everything in the book…

Because how else are you gonna get surprised when you actually read it? How else are you gonna scream?? Cry even???

We’ve also talked about the publishing path I chose (spoiler: traditional publishing, baby ✨), and why I chose it. We’ve done two character spotlights on Christabel Aim, our Kitsune Bearer, and David Key, our Salamander Bearer.

And probably a whole lot more that I can’t remember right now because I’m too lazy to scroll back and check. Oh right! We also sneaked in our very first excerpt.

So what are we gonna talk about today?

Nothing.

Yeah, that’s right. I said nothing. We’re talking about nothing on this blog post today.

Not because I don’t have ideas (I do, I’m bubbling with ‘em), but because I’m just too exhausted right now to craft a proper post.

Why am I exhausted, you ask?

It’s not like I suddenly grew up, got a 9–5 job, had kids, and a very demanding wife. Haha!

Nope. I’m exhausted because I spent all day racking my brain for Quest Pitch, which is happening tomorrow.

And in case you were wondering, Pitch parties (aka pitch events) are these epic virtual celebrations where writers get to scream about their books on X or Bluesky. Quest Pitch is one of them and, not gonna lie, probably my favorite.

Shhh… don’t tell the others. It’s my secret.

I joined X last December, and that’s when I first discovered pitch parties. The first one I ever did? Quest Pitch. And ever since, I’ve been hooked. I always try to catch the hype when it’s on. And that’s been… like, twice so far.

Tomorrow will be my third!
