“A Correction from the Present Me”

Before we even begin, I need to correct something my younger self said about two years ago.

I DO NOT CRY WHEN I’M MAD! 😀

Okay, well… not all the time anymore.

This year, I’ve only cried like, three times. (Don’t worry, I might spill why in future posts πŸ‘€). So yeah, it's officially harder to rile me up these days. Character development, baby!

But math?

πŸ’€ WE STILL HATE EACH OTHER.

It's eternal. No truce forever. I recently wrote an external exam here in Nigeria, and dear, math almost ended me. I was sweating like I’d been on Zyrona when the third Rokus, Hetoria went rogue with the volcanoes of life.

I’m honestly hoping the math examiner gets temporary selective blindness and just skips over my wrong answers.

HA!

Anyhoo, like my younger self proudly declared—HI!

I’m Nwobodo Henry Chigozirim, a 17-year-old from Enugu State, Nigeria.

And yeah… I feel like my dream of becoming a teen author is lowkey sprinting away like it's on the run. I mean, how many more years till I turn 20??

Ughhh.

The traditional publishing path has been a whole saga (annoying, stressful, possibly villain origin story worthy). But don’t worry. I’ll be breaking it all down right here on this blog. 😌

Well, enough about me for now.

What about you?

What are your dreams and aspirations?

Drop them in the comments—unless you’re shy (in which case… I get it, I'm an introvert so I’m shy too, but just in public πŸ˜…).
